At Willow Massage and Facials, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure fairness to both our clients and our business, we have established the following cancellation policy. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Payment Policy

All treatments require an upfront payment at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and allows us to prepare for your treatment in advance.


Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • 24-Hour Cancellation and Rescheduling Window: You have the right to cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled treatment. In this case, you will receive a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations Within 24 Hours: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we will not be able to issue a refund or accommodate rescheduling. As we reserve time specifically for you, it is unlikely we will be able to fill the time slot on short notice.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will be treated as a late cancellation, and no refunds will be issued.


How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email us at willowmassageandfacial@gmail.com or use the Fresha platform where you made your booking. Notifications received outside the 24-hour window will not qualify for a refund or rescheduling.

At Willow Massage and Facials, we sell our time and expertise. When a booking is canceled within 24 hours, it’s unlikely we can fill the time slot. This policy ensures fairness to our business and allows us to continue providing high-quality services to all clients.
